Life & Eco Sciences Use-cases
Victoria commands a leading position in life sciences in Australia, with world-class medical research facilities and researchers. VeRSI deploys eResearch use-cases and applications in the life-, eco- and materials sciences to capitalise on these existing assets and serve as tangible examples of the benefit of adoption of eResearch.
The VeRSI capability projects offer incentives to researchers by supporting use-cases and applications as exemplars of production level eResearch environments and applications that develop specific tools. The exemplars have been selected to enhance the researcher's capabilities.
These capability projects assist through the development of storage repositories, portals, applications and instrumental interfaces for eleven research groups:
